Do you want to learn how to help yourself and others? Study the ancient healing system of Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine), which views the human body as a whole and works with it on all level — physical, energetic, and mental.

Study Program SKY: Tibetan Medicine & External Therapies

In collaboration with Sorig Khang International and under the guidance of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, with the assistance of Dr. Anastazja Holecko, we are now completing a two-year study. As part of this study, we offer high-quality courses and seminars and provide the latest information on Tibetan medicine. It is now possible to access the study by purchasing video recordings and course scripts from our archive.

Practical courses are repeated periodically at NALA.

Are the courses time-consuming?

Courses are held 3 - 4 times a year.

Each course typically lasts 3 days - from Friday to Sunday. Each daily module lasts 6 hours.

How much will it cost me?

The price of a three-day course module is 5,990 CZK.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion without the need for final exams.

Courses with Certificates

Are you interested in only certain topics? You can choose individual modules of TTM study without the need for final exams. For individual therapies, you will receive a certificate of completion. You can then practice them independently. Please note the limited capacity of 40 participants.

The price of a three-day course module is 5,990 CZK.

Prices vary depending on the form of study and the achieved education of the specific instructor.

For in-person courses, the fee for meals and accommodation will be paid separately at the venue.

INSTRUCTORS

Our team of instructors consists of Tibetan and Chinese healers and experienced professionals from around the world. Each is carefully trained in ancient Eastern healing arts, either in Tibet itself or under the guidance of renowned Eastern healers. Their expertise includes traditional Tibetan and Chinese healing practices and contemporary therapeutic techniques. Many started as doctors of Western medicine and now integrate their knowledge with Eastern practices.
