In the early years of Nala Foundation, our activities were mainly focused on supporting lamas and monasteries in Nepal. Gradually, we began to bring Eastern wisdom and teachings to the Czech Republic - building Buddhist meditation and relaxation centres and inviting respected spiritual teachers to pass on traditional Buddhist teachings and personalities of traditional Tibetan medicine to pass on their knowledge.
