Dear dharma friends, we warmly invite you to a five-day retreat LOJONG - The seven-points of mind training. The retreat will be led by Venerable Sabchu Rinpoché.
The teaching of Lojong, or mind training, traces its roots to the Buddha's teachings and belongs to the most well-known doctrines of Tibetan Buddhism. It was brought to Tibet by Atisha, who received it in Sumatra from his master Serlingpa. For a long time, this teaching was transmitted only orally, until the 12th century, when Chekawa Yeshe Dorje wrote it down in the form of the famous text The Seven-Point Mind Training.
You can join the retreat in the way that suits you best – either enjoy the full program or join us for just one day. And if you’re unable to attend in person, we’d be happy to welcome you ONLINE as well.
TIME SCHEDULE:
1st Session: 9 am – 10:30 am
2nd Session: 11 am – 12:30 pm
Lunch: 1 pm
3rd Session: 2:30 pm – 4 pm
4th Session: 4:30 pm – 6 pm
STUDY MATERIAL:
Rinpoche will use Lojong cards as the study material for this course.
If you are attending online, we recommend purchasing them in advance from our e-shop. The cards are not available in PDF format, only as a printed product. They are available in Czech and English versions.
Participants attending the entire retreat in person will receive the cards as part of the course fee.

TRANSLATION: The teaching takes place in English with Czech interpretation. If you are planning to attend the course online and require interpretation into another language (FR/DE/RU/PL), please email us at info@nala.cz as soon as possible so that we have enough time to arrange an interpreter for you.
If you are not purchasing the entire retreat at once, but plan to attend only certain days or combine in-person and online participation please purchase your ticktes separately. To do so, use button "Register for another event" and repeat the entire process.
After the event, participants of the entire course will receive a VIDEO RECORDING of the retreat.
Accommodation in the center is not available yet, we are in the process in building accommodation facilities for you. Thank you for your understanding.
