Dear dharma friends,
we are pleased to invite you to join the teachings on Mahamudra, "Great seal", which will be given by His Eminence Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche.

The 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche is a contemporary Tibetan Buddhist master and lineage holder of the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. Born in Nepal, Rinpoche received traditional Tibetan education and completed a traditional three-year retreat. As a lineage holder, he now divides his time between personal retreat and teaching activities. In 2017, Rinpoche embarked on his first European tour, bestowing teachings and empowerments upon thousands of students in various European countries, such as France, Germany, Hungary and Poland.

Mahamudra, the "Great Seal," represents the pinnacle teaching of the Kagyu lineage on the true nature of mind. It points directly to the fact that mind itself, from the very beginning, is empty, clear, and inseparable from the awakened state. Rinpoche will present the fundamental principles and significance of this profound teaching. The specific text that he will draw on will be confirmed later.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Participation is available both in person and online
Venue: KKPL Center, Újezd nad Zbečnem
The program will consist of morning and afternoon sessions. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the event.
Lunch is included in the registration fee. Please select your preferred meal option (meat or vegetarian) HERE.
The center will open for the participants 30 minutes before the event starts
The event will be held in English with Czech interpretation. If you are planning to attend the course online and require interpretation into another language (FR/DE/RU/PL), please email us at info@nala.cz as soon as possible so that we have enough time to arrange an interpreter for you.
