MUDr. Alexandra Vosátkova

Doctor, Therapist, and Instructor of TCM

Look forward to diagnostics that can detect imbalances in the body before serious symptoms appear, under the guidance of Mudr. Alexandra Vosátková, who works as a holistic medicine doctor specializing in traditional Chinese medicine at the Nala Center.

She uses traditional TCM diagnostic methods in her practice, including palpating the pulse on the wrist at six different points in two levels, which helps identify functional weaknesses of all organs and a person's constitution. Assessing the tongue—its color, shape, moisture, and mobility—is another diagnostic tool.

Since 1992, MUDr. Vosátková has also been involved in psychotherapeutic techniques, especially Ericksonian psychotherapy and non-directive hypnotherapy, which provide clients with a safe space to open up internally to the therapist. In these sessions, the patient sets the direction and leads the process, while the doctor follows and helps analyze the patient's subconscious. This collaboration allows the doctor and patient to uncover hidden negative patterns in the patient's life and set a path for their gradual removal. Besides therapies, acupuncture or the use of herbal preparations may also be part of the overall treatment approach.

In her practice, MUDr. Vosátková focuses on deepening the shared journey with patients, which she sees as a great adventure and enrichment for both sides. She offers her patients a helping hand and support to guide them through more challenging periods and allow them to progress further in life.
