Psychotherapist and Naturopath of Traditional Tibetan Medicine
Find your own path to happiness and health using effective methods of Western psychotherapy, coaching, and the Eastern wisdom of Tibetan medicine under the guidance of Roman Nenandl — psychotherapist and naturopath of traditional Tibetan medicine.
Roman's exploration of traditional Tibetan medicine began in 2010 under the guidance of the renowned Tibetan doctor Prof. Pasang Y. Arya. This was complemented by practical experience with Dr. Ven Tenzin Jangchub, a friend of H.H. the Dalai Lama and healer to President Václav Havel and Dagmar Havlová. After six years of study and acceptance into the Czech Naturopathic Society, Roman decided to broaden his knowledge further with additional courses focused on coaching and psychotherapy.
Roman's practice of Tibetan medicine has brought him the understanding that our psyche mainly influences physical processes in the body. Therefore, in his work with clients, he focuses on a psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic approach. He believes that mental health is as important as physical health, but unfortunately, many people often neglect it and address their psychological problems only when they hit rock bottom. Through psychotherapeutic conversations, Roman targets processes rooted at the unconscious level of clients and then works on bringing them to consciousness and correcting them. His therapeutic approach also includes dietetics according to traditional Tibetan medicine and an overall lifestyle change.
During his 13 years of practice, Roman has helped hundreds of clients who turned to him for help. The real impact on changing their lives and the positive feedback is the reason that fulfills Roman and transforms his work into a life mission.
