Dear friends of the Dharma,
On Thursday, September 4, a noble, truly authentic, and unique teacher of the BuddhaDharma, Maniwa Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche, departed from the human realm.
Lama Rinpoche was a pure emanation of clear mind, and thus was able to continuously manifest the awakened qualities of compassion, wisdom, fearlessness, and absolute mental flexibility in every moment.
He was a true Ocean of wisdom, compassion, and joy.
May his wishes and aspirations continue to live on in our hearts ♥
May he swiftly return under favorable conditions, so that he may continue to benefit countless sentient beings ♥
In connection with the parinirvana of our beloved Maniwa Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche, our center will remain continuously open to all who wish to join in practices and aspirations through which, now that Rinpoche is no longer physically with us, we connect directly with his mind.
We can turn to him freely, without any obstacles—time, space, or language barriers do not separate us.
This period, lasting until the scheduled cremation—for about seven weeks—is a unique opportunity for practice for all who were fortunate enough to form a Dharma or other connection with Lama Rinpoche during his lifetime, as well as for those who did not have that chance but now wish to meet him as a Lama Dharmakaya, whose mind is unlimited and omnipresent like space.
All aspects we now meditate on are inseparable from Lama Rinpoche.
At the NALA Center in Tuchoměřice, the gompa will have texts prepared for the following practices:
- Guru Yoga of the 16th Karmapa
- Meditation on Chenrezig
- Calling the Lama from Afar
- Aspiration for the Swift Rebirth of Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche.
